As a Resident Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents, providing personalized care and support tailored to their individual needs. Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide personal care and support with mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living Assist with meal services, including serving, and monitoring resident's nutrition Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including assisting with laundry and housekeeping duties Monitor and document resident's condition, reporting any changes or concerns to the staff Participate in resident care planning and implementation Collaborate with other care team members to ensure comprehensive care and support Requirements: 0 minimum years of experience in long-term care or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions Possess patience, empathy, and understanding in working with seniors and individuals with diverse needs Working Conditions: May be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions May be required to lift or move residents, supplies, and equipment up to 50 pounds May be required to work in a variety of environments, including outdoor and/or indoor spaces
