About Sunday Cleaners Sunday is a modern residential cleaning company serving the DMV area. We’re building a reliable, detail-oriented team focused on making homes feel clean, fresh, and reset for the week ahead. We’re currently looking for experienced residential cleaners who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, and show up consistently. This is a flexible, 1099 contractor role ideal for cleaners who are independent, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment without constant supervision. What You’ll Do Perform standard residential cleanings, deep cleanings, and Airbnb/short-term rental turnovers Follow Sunday cleaning standards and checklists Arrive on time to the designated meeting location each day Load/unload supplies and travel to cleaning appointments Maintain a professional, respectful presence in customers’ homes Communicate clearly regarding scheduling, issues, or damages Ensure cleans are completed thoroughly and correctly the first time What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience required Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required Active auto insurance required Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Professional communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable using cleaning apps/tools on a smartphone Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the day Important Expectations Reliability is extremely important to us. Compensation & Schedule Flexible, gig-style scheduling Jobs assigned based on availability and business needs Per clean contractor pay Mileage reimbursement provided where required by local law Cleaning supplies and equipment provided by Sunday Service Area DMV Area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) If you’re dependable, experienced, and take pride in delivering a great clean every time, we’d love to hear from you! Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week Application Question(s) This role requires a personal vehicle, driver's license, and active auto insurance.
