Residential Cleaner

Job OverviewWe are looking to hire a team of professional residential cleaning technicians to our cleaning service.The first month we will train and work with you side by side at our different service locations.Most of our work is done at recurring client homes, but we will have one time cleanings at random residential locations.The day to day operations will start at 9am and go until 5pm or less depending on service demand.Usually we service two homes in one day.Duties Performing our standard of cleaning for each client we serve.(more information in the training) following our standards and cleaning checklists provided.Clean and presentable appearance.(Uniforms provided) Arriving on time, with all suitable cleaning supplies ready to go.Greet clients upon arrival, and upon departure.Provide a safe environment for clients and your cleaning partner.Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation standards, floor care, carpet cleaning, and custodial practices.Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.Reliable transportation to travel between client locations as needed.Embark on a rewarding journey where your skills create comfort and happiness in every home you touch!
