Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency. Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to preserve their appearance and longevity. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific cleaning needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Use proper sanitation techniques to ensure kitchens and bathrooms are hygienic and safe for household members. Manage janitorial responsibilities including restocking supplies, disposing of waste properly, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition. Assist with light cooking or meal prep tasks if required, supporting household needs beyond cleaning. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Familiarity with janitorial supplies, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols. Previous experience in housekeeper management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required. A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality service.
