Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team, providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients' homes.The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and experience in various cleaning and housekeeping tasks.This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where quality and customer satisfaction are prioritized.Applicants should be reliable, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to ensure surfaces are spotless Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens to meet health standards Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' privacy and preferences Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency across all jobs Skills Experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services is a plus.Will train the right person with no experience.Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation, and general house cleaning Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor Attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Good time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled appointments Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, kneeling and moving around the home This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills in residential cleaning will be valued.We seek motivated individuals committed to delivering high-quality service while maintaining a respectful and friendly approach with clients.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$16.00 - $25.87 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Paid training Work Location:In person.
