Residential Cleaning Contractor (High-End Clients | Flexible Schedule) Pay: $20–$22+ per hour equivalent (based on job type, quality, and reliability) Overview We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable residential cleaning contractors who take pride in delivering high-quality work and a strong client experience. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling and consistent job availability. What You’ll Do Perform high-quality residential cleaning services Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to professional standards Maintain attention to detail (no missed areas, streaks, or debris) Follow client-specific instructions and job scope Leave homes clean, organized, and client-ready Complete job documentation (checklists, photos, etc.) Communicate professionally when needed How Work Is Offered You provide your availability Jobs are sent to you based on availability You choose how many jobs you want You complete the work independently while meeting quality standards Compensation Typical earnings range from $20–$22+ per hour equivalent Higher-paying jobs offered to contractors with strong performance and reliability Weekly gas bonus opportunities (approx. $50) 100% of tips go to you Onboarding New contractors complete a short onboarding process to review: Client expectations Job scope and standards Use of our scheduling and job management system Initial jobs will be offered at a lower rate while establishing quality and reliability, with access to higher-paying jobs as performance is demonstrated. starting at $18 an hour.
