Residential Cleaning Specialist, 1099 Contractor (Part-time)

Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute commercial cleaning tasks in various settings, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit. 9AM-5PM Weekdays Experience Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of various cleaning products is beneficial.
