Flawless & Maintained Cleaning and Property Solutions is a growing Metro Atlanta cleaning company providing residential cleaning, Airbnb turnover cleaning, apartment turns, office cleaning, commercial janitorial services, move-in/move-out cleaning and post-construction cleanup services. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented and professional cleaners who take pride in quality work and excellent customer service. We are building a dependable team for ongoing cleaning projects throughout Metro Atlanta. Position Overview This is a flexible part-time contract position with opportunities for recurring and long-term work as the company grows. Our team works on Residential homes Airbnb turnover cleaning Apartment turns and make-readies Office and commercial cleaning Move-in/move-out cleaning Post-construction cleanup Property maintenance support projects Responsibilities Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices and common spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize and wipe surfaces Perform detailed cleaning for move-in/move-out and apartment turnover projects Assist with post-construction cleaning and debris removal Complete cleaning checklists thoroughly and professionally Take before-and-after photos when requested Remove trash and reset spaces when needed Communicate professionally with management and clients Arrive on time and complete assigned jobs efficiently Report damages, issues, or supply needs promptly Requirements Previous cleaning experience preferred Must be reliable and punctual Must have reliable transportation Must have a smartphone for communication and photos Must be detail-oriented and organized Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to perform physical cleaning tasks and lift cleaning supplies/equipment Must be willing to travel to different job locations throughout Metro Atlanta Professional attitude and strong work ethic required Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is highly preferred: Residential cleaning Airbnb turnover cleaning Apartment turns / make-readies Commercial or office cleaning Post-construction cleanup Deep cleaning services Compensation Pay ranges from $18–$25 per hour equivalent depending on: Experience Cleaning type Property size Scope of work Travel distance Project complexity Experienced cleaners with post-construction, apartment turn, or commercial cleaning experience may qualify for higher-paying projects. Schedule Flexible schedule Part-time Contract work Weekday and weekend availability preferred Day and occasional evening shifts available Hours vary based on cleaning projects, client schedules and workload. Consistent and reliable cleaners may receive recurring weekly assignments and increased hours over time.
