Pay and Incentives: Competitive Driver Pay - Drivers starting at $18+/hr (depending on experience) Competitive Helper Pay - Helpers starting at $14/hr Tips - Tips can and often do increase your pay to $30+ per hour! Minimum Driver Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid DL for at least 2 years No more than 2 traffic violations in the past 2 years.
