Job Title Residential Construction Project Manager Assistant (Bilingual Chinese/English) Location Sunnyvale, CA 94085 (On-site + Job Sites) Pay $48,000 – $85,000 per year Job Type Full-time Full Job Description Honey Badger Brothers Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support residential construction projects in the Bay Area. This role involves both office coordination and on-site support. Responsibilities Assist Project Manager with project coordination, scheduling, and daily operations Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients Track project progress, materials, and timelines Support site visits, inspections, and documentation Prepare reports, emails, and project updates Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope Requirements Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask Basic construction knowledge is a plus (not required) Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Compensation & Benefits Salary: $48,000 – $85,000/year (based on experience) Medical insurance reimbursement provided 3-month probation period Work Authorization / Sponsorship We welcome candidates on F-1 OPT/STEM OPT.
