Job Description
Residential Construction Manager Daily Task:Manage and supervise ongoing construction projects simultaneously.Schedule, Manage, and Supervise field staff (Carpenters, Laborers, etc).Schedule Subcontractors and manage their work activities for quality, timeliness, meeting budget, etc.Schedule inspections with local jurisdictions.Interface with Clients to review work and work through any issues or items they may have.Identify and place orders for materials.Must be able to factor in lead times and availability.Work with the Sales team to develop contracts, schedules, and scope of work for new projects.Provide cost estimates to clients for additional work orders.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits:Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Profit sharing Experience:Construction estimating:1 year (Preferred) Residential construction:5 years (Required) License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Work Location:Hybrid remote in San Diego, CA 92117.
