Residential Construction Project Manager R.R. Isler Construction – Columbus, Ohio R.R. We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from contract acceptance through final completion, ensuring every project is executed with clarity, organization, and a high standard of quality. What You’ll Do Lead projects from preconstruction handoff through final construction completion Plan and manage schedules, sequencing, and trade coordination Set clear expectations for clients, trade partners, and team members Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients throughout the project Manage budgets, track costs, and produce timely, accurate change orders Own and manage accurate quantity takeoffs for building materials prior to ordering Ensure quality craftsmanship and attention to detail at every stage Uphold jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization standards daily Identify risks early, surface reality, and problem-solve proactively Lead and develop Lead Remodelers and field team members Coordinate closely with Project Development and Preconstruction teams Operate within a supported team structure—working closely with the Director of Operations and Project Developer, while leading and developing Lead Remodelers, Remodelers, Project Engineers, and Laborers Drive results across Safety, Cleanliness, Schedule, Quality, Cost, and Service What We’re Looking For Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships Experience in residential construction, remodeling, or construction project management Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple moving parts while staying detail-oriented Confidence making decisions and solving problems in real time Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations Disciplined communicator who surfaces reality early and handles difficult conversations directly, professionally, and proactively High level of accountability and consistent follow-through Comfortable using technology and project management tools Preferred Experience Residential remodeling or custom home experience Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating field operations Experience working with clients, architects, and designers to drive timely decisions Strong understanding of scheduling, trade coordination, and sequencing Experience with budgeting, estimating, and change orders Ability to use plans and specifications to anticipate conflicts, identify missing information, and drive timely clarification before work begins Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Company vehicle Health benefits + 401(k) Paid time off Why RRI We’re building a company focused on: Strong relationships High-quality work Clear, disciplined communication Creating an environment where people feel seen, heard, and comfortable Leaving a positive impact on clients, teammates, and partners Apply Send your resume and a brief introduction to Eric Isler at eisler@rrisler.com Learn More Instagram: @r.r.isler_construction Facebook: R.R.
