This position is ideal for someone who enjoys skilled hands-on work, problem-solving, and maintaining high standards on every project. Responsibilities (we are willing to train Perform exterior repair work including roofing, siding, gutters, doors, windows, trim, and related repairs Communicate professionally with homeowners on job sites Ensure projects meet company quality standards Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized job site Work efficiently while following safety procedures Complete job documentation and communicate project updates Represent the company professionally with customers and team members The Right Candidate Will: Take pride in quality workmanship Be dependable and self-motivated Enjoy hands-on work and working outdoors Hold high standards for attention to detail Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Work well independently and as part of a team Be willing to learn and improve their craft Take ownership of their work and follow through If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and delivering quality work you can be proud of, this could be a great fit for you.
