Birdwatch is seeking a Residential Field Tech to support our real estate clients by maintaining and troubleshooting residential building systems. In this role, you will perform on-site inspections, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and smart-home/IoT devices. You’ll document issues in our software platform, coordinate with vendors, and communicate clearly with residents and property managers. Working in a dynamic, tech-driven, and inclusive environment, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement while growing your technical and customer service skills.
