Job Description
We are seeking an experienced consultant to assist with the development and startup of a residential group home program for children with developmental disabilities in Washington State. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Washington State licensing requirements, DSHS/DDA regulations, policies and procedures, compliance standards, and startup operations for residential care programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities: Provide guidance on Washington State licensing requirements Assist with required documentation and application processes Help develop policies and procedures Advise on compliance and operational setup Support preparation for inspections and state approvals Provide recommendations regarding staffing, training, and program structure Assist with business startup planning and regulatory guidance Experience: Experience opening or managing residential group homes or developmental disability programs Knowledge of DSHS, DDA, and Washington State residential care regulations Experience with licensing applications and compliance Strong organizational and communication skills Background in healthcare, social services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred Compensation:Compensation will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
