Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of residential homes. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas to promote a healthy living environment. Execute floor care procedures including carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, and maintaining tile surfaces to ensure they look their best. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their specific needs, and addressing any special requests or concerns. Assist with light household chores such as organizing spaces, changing bed linens, and tidying up living areas to enhance overall home comfort. Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable. Experience in hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning services demonstrates strong attention to detail and efficiency. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with laundry operations and basic household management tasks. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
