We specialize in high-quality residential interior and exterior projects, and we need someone who is "humble, hungry, and smart"—someone with a great attitude and a team-first mindset. What You’ll Do Surface Preparation: Sanding, scraping, caulking, and masking to ensure a flawless finish. Application: Expertly apply paint, stains, and finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and exteriors using brushes, rollers, and sprayers. Quality Control: Maintain a clean workspace and ensure every job meets our high standards for neatness and precision. Customer Interaction: Represent the company professionally while working in clients' homes. What We’re Looking For Experience: [1-2] Years of residential painting experience. Skills: You need a combination of technical proficiency, such as surface preparation, tool handling, alongside physical stamina, attention to detail, and good customer service skills. Essential skills include understanding paint types, working at heights, time management, and the ability to work safely, whether in residential or commercial. Tools: Knowledge of painting equipment, including ladders, tape machine's, caulk guns etc.. Reliability: A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to various job sites.
