Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled plumbing professional who is passionate about customer service, problem-solving, and helping homeowners identify the right plumbing solutions. The Residential Plumbing Sales Consultant will conduct in-home consultations, provide expert recommendations, and guide customers through available service options while delivering a high level of professionalism, trust, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer plumbing needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide accurate estimates for plumbing services and products. Educate customers on available plumbing options, services, and benefits. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of plumbing installation and service experience preferred. At least 3 years of sales or customer-facing experience required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to meet or exceed financial and performance goals. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
