Responsibilities Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and flooring work with precision and attention to detail. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing materials such as wood, drywall, and cabinetry. Install fixtures, flooring, tiles, moldings, and other finishing components to enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential homes Follow safety protocols on construction sites while maintaining quality standards throughout each project phase. Qualifications Proven experience in residential remodeling or general carpentry with a strong understanding of construction processes. Proficiency in construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and fabrication techniques. Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., saws, hammers), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), . Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, and framing is highly desirable.
