What You’ll Do: Meet homeowners face-to-face and build relationships Perform property inspections to identify pest risks Recommend customized service solutions Close sales through door-to-door prospecting and build long-term accounts Develop and manage your own territory Generate referrals and expand your presence What You Can Earn: $60K–$90K typical performers $100K+ top performers Uncapped commissions Requirements What We’re Looking For: Self-driven and competitive mindset Strong communication skills Ability to handle rejection Sales experience preferred but not required
