Connexus Energy seeks a Residential Services Specialist to support members with reliable, efficient electric service. In this customer-focused role, you will handle service requests, explain energy programs, resolve billing and outage inquiries, and educate residents on safety and sustainability. You’ll coordinate with field and operations teams to schedule connections, disconnections, and upgrades, while maintaining accurate account records. Working in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture, you’ll help members understand their usage, promote energy-saving options, and support community-focused initiatives across our Minnesota service area.
