Residential Supervisor

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Residential Supervisor to lead direct care staff in a community-based residential program serving vulnerable adults. The Supervisor oversees daily operations, ensures high-quality, person-centered care, and upholds regulatory, safety, and documentation standards. This role provides staff scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback; coordinates care plans; supports behavior management and crisis response; and partners with families, case managers, and community providers. The Residential Supervisor champions LSS’s mission-driven, faith-informed values of dignity, inclusion, and social justice while fostering a supportive, trauma-informed environment.
