Window Cleaning Technician – TrueShine WindowsJob Overview TrueShine Windows is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Window Cleaning Technicians. This is a physically active, customer-facing position with opportunities for growth, bonuses, and leadership as the company expands. Responsibilities Clean residential and commercial windows inside and outside Remove dirt, streaks, and buildup from glass, frames, and seals Use professional water-fed pole systems and window cleaning equipment Communicate professionally with customers Arrive on time and maintain a clean appearance Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results Assist with equipment setup and cleanup Requirements Valid driver’s license preferred Reliable transportation Ability to transport window cleaning equipment Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail Good attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and with a team Preferred Qualities Do not require prior window cleaning experience Strong communication skills with clients Competitive mindset and motivation to grow Pay & Benefits $150-250 per day or 20% commission Opportunities for raises and advancement Flexible scheduling Hands-on training provided Positive team environment Schedule Monday to Saturday Weekend availability optional Part-time or full-time opportunities available About TrueShine Windows TrueShine Windows is a fast-growing window cleaning company focused on professionalism, quality work, and excellent customer service.
