Resin Assistant (Part-Time) DBANDREA® | Rowlett, TX We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and dependable Resin Assistant to join our flower preservation studio. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and appreciates beautiful, artistic work. At DBANDREA®, we create heirloom floral artwork for brides and families across the country. Every piece is highly detailed and handcrafted with care. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Pay: $15/hour Responsibilities Assisting our Lead Resin Artist with daily production Prepping flowers and materials for resin pours Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining workstations Sanding, taping, polishing, and finishing resin pieces Helping maintain quality control standards Supporting production flow in a fast-moving studio environment We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has strong attention to detail Learns quickly and takes direction well Enjoys hands-on, artistic work Can work efficiently while maintaining quality Is dependable and punctual Works well in a team environment Takes pride in creating beautiful work Requirements: Must wear PPE provided by the studio Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift Comfortable working around resin and production materials Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed This position reports directly to our Lead Resin Artist.
