Resort Manager

We are looking for an experienced full-time manager for our Pampered Pet Inn location. You will be supported on-site by Team Leads running who help guide the day-to-day and to cover for you in your absence. Essential Duties Manage the flow of the day Quality control of the ins and outs of the daily events Oversee day to day operations of the facility Communicate with the director team in order to achieve goals Core Duties Communicating the philosophies of the company. Staying aware of trends in the pet care industry. Supporting employee education and training curriculum. Monitoring arrangement and environment of the facility and staff. Conducting tours and describing the facility offerings to visitors. Hiring, coaching and developing the team. Setting hours and schedules to ensure ratios are met. Maintaining customer relations. Maintain licensing requirements. Purchasing inventory and supplies. Handling emergency care situations as needed. Reconcile EODs and submit deposits Qualifications Previous Management experience in the pet care, hospitality, or other service-based industry or is a must. Positive team leader. Knowledge and experience with managing teams of people. Passionate about pets. Management experience. Excellent communication skills. Being calm under pressure High energy, outgoing and capable of managing people and processes (previous managing experience required) Proficient problem-solving skills Ability to create and build relationships with clients Flexible schedule Able to quickly learn new software and procedures Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays Must be willing to perform work that involves walking, running, standing, stooping, stretching or lifting.
