Resort Supervisor – Pets in the City Resort & Spa Love dogs? Thrive in leadership? Want a career where no two days are the same? Pets in the City Resort & Spa is looking for an energetic, organized, and compassionate Resort Supervisor to join our growing team! This is a cross-trained leadership role that combines hands-on pet care operations with customer service and reservation management. This role also includes performance-based compensation opportunities in addition to base salary, rewarding leadership, operational excellence, team performance, and overall contribution to the success of the resort. As a Resort Supervisor, you’ll help lead daily daycare, boarding and grooming operations while also supporting our front office, client communication, and reservation systems. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional care and a premium experience for both pets and their owners. What You’ll Do Supervise daycare, boarding, and grooming operations Monitor dog playgroups and ensure pet safety Support reservations, phones, emails, and client communication Assist with check-ins/check-outs and customer service Coach and support team members Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive environment What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional pet care facility required Leadership experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Passion for dogs and animal care Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude Perks: Growth opportunities within the company Employee discounts Fun and supportive team culture Work with dogs every day Bring your dog to work opportunities If you’re passionate about pets, leadership, and creating amazing client experiences, we’d love to meet you!
