This role ensures that craft labor, staff resources, site capabilities, and industrial relations are aligned with organizational goals and project requirements. The manager partners closely with construction leadership, HR, project management, and site teams to drive safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Key Responsibilities Staff Resourcing Strategy Develop and manage short- and long-term resourcing strategies for field staff roles across assigned projects and portfolios. Ensure optimal alignment of personnel based on skill sets, project needs, and future workload forecasting.
