(Role: Professional) JOB FUNCTION Provides Transmission & Distribution Operations division technical and analytical support on evaluation and processing of contractor invoices, and management of SAP databases & field inspections. Technically Completes (TECO) work orders in SAP to ensure prompt billing and reimbursement and accurate information on status of work order completion. Maximizes T&D crew daily work schedules ensuring compliance with all applicable safety, regulatory, and legal requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Plans, schedules, and coordinates customer service installations. Schedules jobs with customers, external vendors, and internal providers. Maintains and updates schedule to ensure timely completion of work. Collaborates with multiple internal & external parties to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
