We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the EEG Lab at Community Memorial Hospital, located in South Hill, Virginia. This full-time day shift position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality respiratory care in a supportive environment. As a Respiratory Therapist, your primary responsibilities include assessing patients' respiratory conditions, administering therapies such as oxygen, ventilator management, and aerosol treatments, and monitoring patient responses to treatments. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Additionally, you will educate patients and families about respiratory conditions and treatments, and maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Key skills include strong assessment abilities, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
