Job Description

Experience: 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. Experience with Epic is preferred. Requirements: Candidates must have a license (required after submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local. 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health. Additional Details: Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Required Skills/Experience Experience with NICU and/or PICU patient population, Adult also beneficial. Candidate must have level 4 NICU experience including high frequency ventilation (Jet & HFOV), nitric oxide, high-risk deliveries, and gestational ages 22 weeks and above. Must indicate ventilator experience down to micro preemies in a level 4 NICU. Required Credentials: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Shift & Scheduling: Days/Nights rotate. Every other weekend and rotating holidays. Floating Requirements: Inpatient respiratory therapy care at SMCF. If interested, candidate can train to BDWY or SU campus if there are needs.
