Restaurant Cleaner / Janitorial Team Member | Bremen HouseJob Overview Bremen House is a brand-new German-inspired sports bar and restaurant opening soon in Downtown Los Angeles, and we are currently building our opening team. We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaning Team Members to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. As part of our cleaning and support team, you will play an essential role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of the restaurant during daily operations and closing procedures. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, works efficiently, and thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, kitchen support areas, and outdoor seating spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize, and remove trash throughout scheduled shifts Clean tables, windows, floors, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces to maintain a polished guest environment Assist with opening and closing cleaning procedures Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed Support staff with maintaining overall organization and cleanliness during busy service hours Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards Report maintenance or cleaning issues to management promptly Work efficiently and professionally as part of the operations team Qualifications Previous restaurant, janitorial, or hospitality cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Ability to lift, move, and carry cleaning equipment or supplies as needed Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic Why Join Bremen House?
