Approx. 33–38 hours/week Consistent Tuesday–Sunday evening schedule Bonus opportunities available Schedule Tuesday–Sunday Approx. 4:00 PM – Close Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and experienced Evening Restaurant Manager to oversee dinner service and nightly operations in a busy full-service restaurant environment. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional seeking a stable leadership position with a consistent evening schedule and strong work-life balance. Responsibilities Lead front-of-house dinner operations Supervise servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff Ensure smooth and efficient dinner service Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally Coordinate with kitchen leadership during service Oversee nightly cash handling and POS reconciliation Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are completed Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and service standards Assist with staff coaching and accountability Submit nightly operational reports to ownership Qualifications Prior restaurant management experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments Experience with POS and reservation systems preferred Reliable attendance and professionalism required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Shift Day shift Evening shift Work Location: In person
