What you’ll do Prepare and serve delicious food items while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems efficiently to process customer orders and handle transactions accurately. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and boost sales. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms by bussing tables and performing regular sanitation tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Engage in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of menu offerings. Basic qualifications Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Preferred qualifications Experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Culinary experience or background in the food industry will be advantageous. Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist with inventory management.
