Overview We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Restaurant Crew Members to join our dynamic team. Duties Prepare and assemble food items in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cashiering Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, and assisting with inquiries Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, kitchen stations, and equipment through bussing and sanitation practices Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by following proper food handling procedures Assist in food prep, packaging, and serving to ensure quick turnaround times during busy hours Support team members in various roles including food preparation, cashiering, and cleaning as needed Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude Ability to work quickly in a fast-food or quick service setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, sales upselling, and retail math calculations Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift light loads, and perform cleaning duties as required Join our team where you can develop your skills in the vibrant food industry while delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment.
