OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Restaurant Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team.This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.The Dishwasher will support food service operations by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, contributing to a smooth dining experience for our guests.Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable kitchen and food handling skills in a fast-paced setting.Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed Support food preparation tasks such as basic food handling and setup under supervision Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure compliance with health and safety standards Help with catering and banquet setups when required Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met Assist in light cleaning duties throughout the restaurant to uphold a sanitary environment Support kitchen staff with general cleaning tasks to facilitate smooth operations during service hours Skills Experience or familiarity with food service, catering, or restaurant environments is preferred Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in a culinary setting Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist colleagues as needed Basic understanding of food handling safety protocols Previous experience in hospitality, hotel kitchens, or culinary roles is advantageous but not required Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to health regulations This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their skills within the restaurant industry.We value dedication, cleanliness, and teamwork in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
