Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Floor/Service Manager to lead our dynamic dining team! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food and beverage delivery, and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and maintain a smooth flow from kitchen to table. Duties Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth shift operations Oversee food preparation, food handling, and presentation to meet quality standards and safety regulations Manage POS systems suchk as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling with accuracy Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and place orders to maintain optimal supply levels Train new staff members on food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer engagement techniques Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times Assist with kitchen management tasks including food production oversight, catering coordination, and ensuring food safety compliance Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising diverse teams Background in hospitality management or hotel experience is advantageous Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and develop staff through training & development programs Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food industry best practices Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
