Restaurant Front of House Lead

Overview We are seeking a dependable and organized Front Desk Lead to oversee daytime front-of-house operations during lunch service at a busy full-service restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, customer interaction, and helping maintain smooth daily operations in a professional restaurant environment. Primarily Tuesday-Saturday lunch shifts, approximately 25–30 hours per week. Duties Greet and seat guests professionally Manage reservations and incoming phone calls Coordinate takeout and delivery orders Support communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff Assist with opening procedures and daily lunch operations Handle customer concerns professionally Maintain organization and cleanliness of front desk areas Communicate operational updates to management Skills Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and able to help create a smooth and welcoming guest experience during our daytime operations. Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional and friendly demeanor Comfortable handling phones and customer interactions Reliable attendance and organizational skills required Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
