Store Manager – Chocolate Bash Irvine Spectrum Location: Irvine Spectrum – Irvine, CA Position Type: Full-Time Job Overview Chocolate Bash is looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Irvine Spectrum corporate location. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage staff, maintain excellent customer service, increase sales, and ensure the store operates according to company standards. Manager Responsibilities Oversee and manage all daily store operations Lead the team and maintain a positive work environment Increase sales and help grow store performance Ensure all customers are greeted professionally and receive excellent service Train employees on customer service, product knowledge, and company standards Ensure staff properly explain the menu and upsell products to customers Create and manage employee schedules Monitor employee performance and accountability Handle inventory management, ordering, and stock control Reduce waste and control food cost Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are maintained at all times Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Monitor labor efficiency and daily operations Ensure proper cash handling and closing procedures Support hiring, onboarding, and team development Work closely with corporate management on store performance and operations Requirements Previous restaurant or retail management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Strong customer service and team management skills Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed Experience with POS systems preferred Benefits Performance-based bonus structure available Growth opportunities within the company Why Join Chocolate Bash Fast-growing dessert brand Supportive team environment Opportunity for advancement and long-term growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
