Responsibilities: · Manage day-to-day operations during nights, weekends, and holidays · Oversee a small but dynamic team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment · Utilize at least 3 years of previous Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume setting · Display grace, empathy, determination, and warmth in all interactions · Maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards · Ensure positive guest service in all areas · Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues · Exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level · Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations, and conducting performance reviews Qualifications: · Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management · Comfortable with mentoring team members, staff training, scheduling, POS operations, and reservation platforms · Proficient in cost analysis and vendor management · Self-starter with the ability to bring new ideas to the table · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to work closely with the General Manager and Ownership Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Medical package Paid time off (PTO) and bonus incentives Opportunities for growth within the company How to Apply: If you are passionate about the restaurant industry, possess the required qualifications, and are ready to contribute to a team-driven environment please apply. welcome all applicants and are willing to train the right person.
