What You'll Do Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service Lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams Maintain exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and operational excellence Uphold stringent food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards Drive team performance through coaching, training, and accountability Foster a positive, inclusive work culture rooted in growth and collaboration What You Bring Experience: Previous restaurant management experience (Assistant Manager level or higher preferred) Education: Associate degree in hospitality, restaurant management, or equivalent hands-on experience Leadership: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills Hospitality Mindset: A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences Operations Knowledge: Understanding of both FOH and BOH functions is a plus Certifications: ServSafe and Allergy Certifications required Availability: Flexible schedule including weekend
