Restaurant Manager | Bremen House Job Overview Bremen House is a brand-new German-inspired sports bar and restaurant opening soon in Downtown Los Angeles, and we are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. Our concept combines elevated sports dining, German beer culture, European-inspired hospitality, and a high-energy social atmosphere. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, leading front-of-house staff, maintaining service standards, and helping shape the overall guest experience from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new restaurant launch and contribute to building a strong hospitality culture and operational foundation. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth workflow Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house staff including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support team members Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, organization, and service execution Assist with staff scheduling, shift management, and labor control Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally and efficiently Monitor restaurant performance during high-volume service periods, sporting events, and late-night operations Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company policies Work closely with kitchen leadership and ownership to maintain operational efficiency Assist with inventory management, POS operations, opening/closing procedures, and daily reporting Foster a positive, team-oriented, and professional work environment Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience required Experience in sports bars, nightlife venues, beer halls, lounges, or high-volume restaurants preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and perform effectively in fast-paced hospitality environments Experience with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha, Micros, or similar platforms preferred Knowledge of labor management, scheduling, and restaurant operations Understanding of responsible alcohol service and food safety regulations Strong customer service and team management abilities Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts Why Join Bremen House?
