The Role We are seeking a dedicated, hands-on Restaurant Manager who leads with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate is an organized and people‑focused leader who thrives in a fast‑paced café/bistro environment and takes pride in building strong teams, smooth operations, and memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Lead daily front‑of‑house operations to ensure exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere Train, coach, and support staff, including servers, hosts, and baristas Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and shift coverage to maintain efficient operations Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly and professionally Collaborate closely with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth communication and timely service Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls for FOH supplies Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and company standards Handle cash management, daily sales reconciliation, and POS oversight Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑presented dining room and service area Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture that reflects the values of Le Bistro Qualifications Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Lead required Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced environment Knowledge of café or bistro‑style service preferred Reliable, professional, and committed to high standards of hospitality Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs Availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Work Location: In person Pay: $57,792.01 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
