Essential Responsibilities of Restaurant Manager: Shapes the culture of the restaurant and works towards a high level of team member engagement and guest satisfaction. Assists with achieving all budgeted financial goals, including income, sales, costs, etc. Assists with interviewing, hiring, training, and developing team members in all aspects of the business. Maintain team member performance appraisals, discipline, and termination. Work with team members in creating a positive guest experience and assist with guest needs as they arise in accordance with the guidelines set by Malnati Organization. Schedule team members in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. Implement and supervise responsible and ethical cash management for the location including checking out, balancing, and making the daily cash income deposit. Coordinate special events, drop-off cater
