Job Description
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with Bar Experience. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience and leading the Front of House team to 5 Star Service Delivery. ServSafe Manager Certificate along with Tips or ServAlcohol and pouring permit required. Health Benefits and Matching 401K available! Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all front of house activities Support Bar Manager with inventory and successful operations Oversee guest services and resolve issues Responsible for front of house inventory and orders Daily tip out of servers Build guest relationships Oversee reviews and social media messages Hiring, coaching, and termination of personnel Train and manage bar personnel Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications: ServSafe Manager Certificate along with Tips or ServAlcohol and pouring permit required. Previous experience in food service or other related fields Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail Problem solving Experience with creating and implementing processes as needed Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) ServSafe Manager, ServSafe Alcohol and/or TiPS Certification and pouring permit for South Fulton County required at hiring or withing 1 week of hire date. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
