Restaurant Server Assistant

Overview Casa Cordoba established in 2013 to deliver a truly authentic Spanish dining experience in the heart of beautiful Montrose, is seeking a Server Assistant to be the backbone of our service team. You'll work closely with servers, bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure our service runs smoothly. This isn't just about clearing tables; it's about setting the stage for a fantastic meal. To be considered for this role, you must be available to work weekends and various shifts. Ultimately, you will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner. Key responsibilities include: Clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently Assisting servers and bartenders with drink and food delivery Maintain a clean and organized dining and bar area Restocking dishes, silverware, glasses and other supplies Assist the bartender in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed Work effectively and efficiently to maintain an excellent workflow in a busy restaurant Communicating effectively with the front and back -of-house team The ideal candidate is: Reliable and Punctual: You show up on time and are ready to work Team Player: You're happy to help wherever you're needed Energetic and Hardworking: You can keep up with the demands of a busy restaurant Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things that make a big difference Customer-Focused: You understand that your role contributes directly to a positive guest experience No experience is necessary!
