Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and integrity Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Requirements Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service and guest relations Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly preferred Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is a plus Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Join us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
