Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Restaurant Shift Supervisor to lead our team during daily operations. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management Oversee food preparation and presentation to guarantee quality and consistency in every dish served Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the restaurant Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding new staff, and supporting ongoing staff development Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a positive dining experience Monitor shift performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction Qualifications Proven supervising or management experience within the food service industry, especially in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety protocols Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Demonstrated skills in inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of team management and staff training & development Familiarity with restaurant management tools including cash handling procedures and shift management strategies Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel environment is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high energy levels Join us as a Restaurant Shift Supervisor where your leadership fuels exceptional guest experiences!
