Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, following health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills. Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables or tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and cleanliness standards. Basic knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the restaurant setting. Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.
