The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in leading the daily operations of the resort’s dining outlets, lounges, and/or event spaces. This role ensures smooth service execution, guest satisfaction, and adherence to Dellshire Resort’s standards of excellence. The Food & Beverage Supervisor acts as a hands-on leader who supports team members, drives service quality, and upholds the resort’s values of hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail. Lead and support front-of-house team members to ensure prompt, professional, and attentive service to all guests. Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring outlets are fully prepared for service. Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and resolve service issues promptly and courteously. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the outlet. Ensure all team members follow Dellshire Resort service standards, food safety guidelines, and sanitation policies. Support staff scheduling, labor management, and daily break coordination based on business needs. Assist with team member training, performance feedback, and coaching to enhance service
