Restoration Production Technician and Warehouse Manager SERVPRO of Bear/New Castle is seeking a talented Restoration Production Technician to join our team. In this role, you will not only be responsible for performing restoration tasks but also take on the additional responsibility of serving as our Warehouse Manager. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of our warehouse, vehicles, equipment, and minor repairs. Key responsibilities include Performing restoration production tasks, including water extraction, drying, cleaning, and content manipulation, as directed by project managers or crew chiefs. Ensuring the proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools during restoration projects. Taking charge of warehouse management, including the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. Overseeing the organization and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for use. Performing minor equipment repairs and maintenance to keep them in optimal working condition. Coordinating with project managers to ensure the availability and readiness of equipment, supplies, and materials for restoration projects. Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular inventory checks. Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of restoration projects. Following safety protocols and adhering to industry standards in all activities. Keeping up-to-date with the latest techniques, equipment, and best practices in the restoration industry. Position requirements include: Previous experience in restoration production, preferably within the fire and water damage restoration industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, vehicles, and equipment. Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and minor repairs. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the crew and project managers. Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various physical environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
